I haven’t heard of the firm Blessing White, but I saw that they have published a report on Employee Engagement based on a multi-country study.
While the sample size of 7500 looks small for a multi-country study, the report tries to make a business case for employee engagement. Another interesting thing I noticed is that India has the highest percentage of ‘Engaged’ employees. Given the attrition levels we have seen, it seems a little difficult to tie the two together.
