An interesting new report has been released by Oxford Economics in partnership with Towers Watson (my employer) and others. Titled “Global Talent 2021”, the report gives great insights about the future of talent in the world economy. The report looks into the future and predicts scenarios for the workforce of the future. This is critical input for HR leaders who are building their organisations for tomorrow.
While I leave you to read the report, I found the part on “skills in demand over the next 5-10 years” quite interesting, with a number of employers also rating digital skills as important.
