• Gautam Ghosh, India’s Talent & Social Business rockstar himself, writes about Abhijit Bhaduri’s new book and says “Don’t Hire Rockstars, But Hire Cultural Fits”.

• Leadership & Ethics is a much-talked about area in recent times. Linda Fisher Thornton writes about developing ethical leaders for the future.

• Ian Welsh asks us all some pertinent questions in his post “Tough Moral Roads Ahead for HR?”

• Joseph Fung from TribeHR talks about why real-time technology matters to Human Capital.

• Chris Wells sent his entry on Work Management and how it integrates seamlessly with performance management.

• Andrew Tarvin shares some fun ways to think outside the box with these 20 Problem Solving Activities to improve creativity.

• Robert Tanner outlines “Seven Ways to Poison Your Relationship With Your Employees”. You definitely don’t want to fall in any of these traps!
